Ben will tailor his services to fit your needs, and can arrange all your music for the entire day should you wish.
Below you can see what will be provided for the three parts of the day:

These can be booked separately or in combination as part of different packages which can be seen below. Individual, bespoke packages are also available if you cannot see what you would like on this page- just send Ben an enquiry.
Included in every package:
- Your choice of music
Ben has an extensive and ever-growing repertoire list, however where possible, he will be happy to learn any other requests for your day at no additional cost.
- Online video consultation
Available prior to and after bookings have been made, you can listen to Ben play your music choices and discuss your ideas before your wedding. These consultations are provided free of charge.
- Portable Baby Grand Piano
Ben owns a top of the range baby grand piano shell. This allows his Roland digital stage piano to fit inside, adding an extra special touch of your day.
- Additional Audio Equipment
Ben will set up a Bose PA system, allowing for the piano to be heard at just the right volume for you and your guests, no matter what the venue. Microphones can also be plugged in if required, at no additional cost.
The
Ceremony

As the centre piece of your day, live piano music can provide a beautiful and romantic background to your wedding ceremony.
From the moment your guests arrive through to your exit down the aisle as newlyweds, Ben's piano playing will set the scene and create the perfect ambience.

The
Ceremony & Reception
Following the ceremony, the reception (drinks reception) is the period of time immediately following your ceremony when you and your guests can unwind, socialise and begin the celebrations, often with some welcome drinks and canapés.
It is also the main opportunity for your photographer to capture photos of you at various locations throughout your chosen venue.

Choosing more “up-beat” piano music during this time will not only entertain your wedding guests during the photos, it will also compliment the more lively and celebratory atmosphere that comes with the Reception.

Includes everything in the ceremony plus:

Ben playing from the start of your Reception up until the moment your guests are invited in to take their seats for the Wedding Breakfast.

Typically, 15-20 songs or pieces of music can be covered during the Reception.

The
Full Day Experience
The piano is the ideal choice of instrument to have during your Wedding Breakfast as it can be heard nicely in the background whilst you all enjoy your meal.

Choosing appropriate music can really help to “bring everyone together” as it were during this part of the day. You may wish to ask your friends and relatives what their favourite songs or pieces of music are and then have them played during the meal.

A combined package where Ben begins playing bespoke music as you and your guests gather for drinks/canapes/photographs after the ceremony.
